We are seeking an experienced and confident Credit Repair Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, disputing, and removing inaccurate and negative information from our customers’ credit reports, ensuring we achieve tangible results for our clients. As a key player in our company, you will directly contribute to building our reputation as a leading provider of credit repair services.

----Responsibilities----
Review and analyze customers’ credit reports to identify inaccuracies, negative items, and potential disputes.
Dispute inaccurate or outdated negative items through effective strategies while adhering to federal laws and credit repair regulations.

Ensure timely and successful removal of negative information, maintaining a focus on delivering positive results.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide regular updates on their progress and educate them on their credit repair process.

Utilize personal strategies and expertise in credit repair, while staying up-to-date on industry changes and relevant federal laws.

Work with minimal supervision, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively within deadlines.

Maintain a results-oriented approach to meet performance goals and exceed customer expectations.

Collaborate with team members and management to ensure that the credit repair process is streamlined and customer satisfaction remains high.

Conduct research on customer target markets and build sales funnels to acquire new clients.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ needs are met and they feel valued throughout the process.

----Qualifications----
Proven experience in credit repair, with a solid understanding of how to dispute inaccurate items and improve credit scores.
In-depth knowledge of federal laws that govern consumers' credit reports, such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and others.

Strong track record of achieving results and successfully removing negative items from credit reports.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex credit issues in a simple, customer-friendly manner.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring creative strategies for resolving credit issues.

Experience with sales funnels, client market research, and customer service is a plus.
