Virtual Assistant Job Opportunity: Credit Repair & Administrative Support
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to support credit repair tasks and manage day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of WordPress, GoDaddy, Canva, and other web design tools in addition to strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of credit repair processes, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**
#### **Credit Repair Support**
- Prepare and send dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors.
- Manage client files, update credit reports, and track progress on disputes.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary documents and information.
- Stay up-to-date with credit laws (FCRA, FDCPA, etc.) to ensure compliance.
- Review credit reports for inaccuracies and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of client credit disputes and outcomes.
Administrative Assistance
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, data entry, and
- Organize and maintain virtual files and records.
- Schedule client consultations, seminars, and meetings.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, managing contracts, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Help develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle other day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Web Design & Tech Support
- Manage WordPress website updates, plugins, and content.
- Utilize GoDaddy for domain and hosting management.
- Create and edit graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
- Support web design and development projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in credit repair and/or financial services with proof of your results.
- Strong knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, and other relevant credit laws.
- Extensive experience with **WordPress, GoDaddy, Canva, and web design.**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with credit repair software (DisputeFox preferred).
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Understanding of basic accounting or bookkeeping tasks.
