Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management: Proficient in using Go High Level CRM to organize, track, and manage a database of credit repair clients.

Credit Repair Expertise: In-depth knowledge of credit repair processes, including managing client profiles and providing support throughout the repair journey.

Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Content Creation & Social Media: Develop, post, and manage engaging social media content to promote services and attract potential clients.

Online Research: Conduct thorough online research to support marketing strategies, lead generation, and client inquiries.

QuickBooks & Bookkeeping: Perform small bookkeeping tasks, manage transactions, and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.

Marketing Support: Assist with email marketing campaigns, lead magnet design, and website updates to enhance the company’s online presence.

Outbound Calls: Conduct professional outbound calls to engage potential clients, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to streamline operations and improve the client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, particularly in the credit repair industry.

Strong proficiency in Go High Level CRM and credit repair database management.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.

Experience with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks.

Demonstrated success in creating and managing social media content across platforms.

Basic knowledge of website and email marketing tools (e.g., Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp).

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.

Experience creating process documentation or SOPs.

Ability to analyze and report on marketing and operational metrics.
