About Us:
Proactive Credit Solution is dedicated to helping clients improve their financial well-being by repairing and restoring their credit. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Credit Repair Specialist to join our team. If you have expertise in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), dispute resolution, and CRM systems, we would love to have you on board to help us assist clients in improving their credit and achieving their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze clients’ credit reports to identify inaccurate, outdated, or negative items.
• Utilize knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to guide the dispute process and challenge negative items in a compliant and effective manner.
• Draft and send FTC-compliant dispute letters, including to credit bureaus and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
• Use Client Dispute Manager (CRM) software to track client disputes, manage communications, and monitor progress.
• Regularly update clients on the status of their disputes and offer advice on improving their credit profiles.
• Gather necessary documentation and evidence from clients to support dispute claims.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, disputes, and outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest credit repair laws, trends, and best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in credit repair, credit analysis, or a similar field.
• In-depth understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other relevant consumer protection laws.
• Experience disputing negative items on credit reports and working with the major credit bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion, Experian).
• Familiarity with Client Dispute Manager (CRM) or similar dispute tracking software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and professional dispute letters.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client cases.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively handle disputes.
• Customer-focused, with a commitment to providing top-tier service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with FTC letters, CFPB complaints, and other credit repair tools.
• Credit repair certifications or relevant training.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
