Job Post: Sales Specialist – Client Closer & Presentation Expert (Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time (Flexible Schedule)
Compensation: $200/week starting base + 2% commission on sales

About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and skilled Sales Specialist to join our team and take the baton from our Cold Calling and Appointment Setting team. As the Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting Zoom presentations, delivering engaging sales demos, and closing deals to help our clients achieve their financial goals through our credit repair and funding services.

This is a pivotal role in our fast-growing company and is perfect for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, excels in building relationships, and knows how to close with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take over leads that have been pre-qualified and booked for appointments.
• Conduct professional and persuasive Zoom presentations to potential clients.
• Highlight the value of our credit repair and funding solutions.
• Close deals and onboard new clients with seamless transitions.
• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure efficient follow-ups and client tracking.
• Collaborate with the lead generation team to maximize conversion rates.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in sales, client presentations, or closing deals (experience in the credit repair or funding industry is a plus).
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with clients over Zoom or phone.
• Confidence in handling objections and negotiating effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management best practices.

Expectations:
• Deliver polished presentations to clients booked by the appointment setting team.
• Close a consistent number of deals each week.
• Build trust and rapport with clients to encourage long-term relationships.
• Provide detailed feedback on client interactions to the team for continuous improvement.

Compensation and Growth:
• Starting Base Pay: $150 per week.
• Performance Bonus: 2% commission on all closed sales after proof of concept and consistent results.
• Opportunity to renegotiate pay and grow with the company based on performance.
