Role Overview:

We are looking for a Creator Brief Audit Specialist to ensure that all creator briefs are properly structured, optimized, and ready before client meetings. This role is critical in streamlining our campaign preparation process and maintaining high-quality briefs that align with brand goals and creator execution.

Responsibilities:

- Audit & Prepare Creator Briefs: Review and refine creator briefs before sales team meetings with clients to ensure clarity, alignment with brand messaging, and feasibility for creators.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Coaches to gather necessary details and tailor each brief to the client’s objectives.
- Standardize Brief Quality: Maintain consistency across all creator briefs, ensuring they follow a structured format with clear deliverables, content guidelines, and KPIs.
- Incorporate Feedback: Adjust briefs based on client discussions, internal feedback, and campaign learnings.
- Ensure Timeliness: Guarantee that all briefs are finalized and available before client meetings to facilitate a seamless sales and onboarding process.
- Keep Up with Industry Trends: Stay updated on best practices in influencer marketing and TikTok Shop strategies to refine briefing methodologies.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, content strategy, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of creator-brand collaborations, especially within TikTok and social commerce.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and creator management teams.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, or Asana) is a plus.
