Creator Admin – TikTok Shop

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Creator Admin to support with our TikTok Shop platform, particularly handling sample requests from creators who want to promote our products. Additionally, you’d be responsible for responding to all creator messages. If you're organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to contribute to our growing community, we’d love to have you on our team!

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Experience in customer service, sales or administrative roles.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills.
Time Management: Strong ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Goal-Oriented: Comfortable working with targets and KPIs related to outreach, onboarding and pipelining new leads.
Access to a stable internet connection
