Creative Assistant for YouTube & Social Media Content

We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative assistant to join our team and help elevate our YouTube and social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys crafting visually appealing content, is organized, and can work with raw materials to create polished, finished products.

What You’ll Do:
• Edit video footage for YouTube and social media reels.
• Create and design social media posts and promotional content based on provided materials and notes.
• Collaborate through iCloud and Dropbox to receive and deliver files.
• Follow provided style guides to ensure content aligns with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Meet a 24-hour turnaround for tasks assigned during the week.
Help organize content from past sources, gathering old emails and texts together.

What We’re Looking For:
• You own a Mac computer with an active iCloud account for seamless file sharing.
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
• Creative eye for detail and the ability to maintain a consistent visual style.
• Comfort working independently, with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Flexibility to complete weekly check-ins via Skype or Zoom (between 6 AM and 10 PM CST).
• Availability for 20-30 hours per week (potentially up to 40).

What You Won’t Do:
• Handle direct communication with our audience or customers.
• Take on overly technical or complex tasks; this role focuses on foundational creative work.

Compensation:
• $4/hour (paid weekly or biweekly).
