Creative Virtual Assistant – Canva, Notion & Digital Product Design

We're launching a digital product brand that sells niche-targeted template kits (Notion dashboards, Canva content packs, swipe files) to online creators like spiritual coaches, ghostwriters, and Etsy sellers. We need a detail-oriented creative VA to help design beautiful, on-brand digital assets based on clear prompts and sample references.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Designing Canva templates (social post kits, planners, checklists, etc.)
• Creating Notion dashboards (e.g., content calendars, ritual planners)
• Formatting docs + swipe files to feel premium (in Google Docs)
• Following a consistent visual style provided by our team
• Storing all assets in Google Drive for delivery

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong Canva design skills (with samples to show)
• Experience with Notion OR willingness to learn fast
• Great eye for layout, font, spacing, and emotional vibe
• Consistency in aesthetic design
• Good communication and deadline reliability

Bonus Skills (Not Required):
• Used Midjourney or other AI design tools
• Designed for wellness/spiritual/creative niches before
• Experience designing lead magnets or online course assets

Tools We Use: Canva, Notion, Google Drive, GPT-4 (for copy prompts)
