Job Title: ?Creative Virtual Assistant for Graphic Design, Layout & Digital Formatting (Etsy, E-Commerce & Social Media)

Job Description: ?TruerThings, a magical wellness gift shop, is looking for a creative, detail-oriented virtual assistant with expertise in graphic design to help format and design digital materials and physical product layouts for our growing brand. You'll play a key role in transforming content into visually captivating products, Etsy listings, ritual kits, and social media posts, all aligned with our aesthetic of luxury mystical magic and immersive storytelling.

Responsibilities:
• Design & Format Digital Products:
1 Transform our lists, ideas and written copy for tarot, crystals, motivational wisdom and more into individual affirmation cards, tarot cards, and information cards (square for Instagram, tall for Pinterest, TikTok, and Reels).
2 Format and improve the design of our brand and our digital download products for a more engaging, professional look.
3 Create graphics and covers for our products.
4 Quickly create efficient and well-designed listings for our website and Etsy page.
5 Create beautifully designed sections for our Book of Shadows/Grimoire ritual kits and informational products.
6 Create captivating social media posts, reels, stories and videos on Pinterest, TikTok and Instagram.

• Design:
? Ensure product designs are both functional and beautiful, with a focus on creating an immersive experience for customers.
• Etsy Listing Creation:
? Write compelling product descriptions for wallpapers, wall art, ritual kits, and digital downloads.
? Optimize listings for SEO and organize them within the Etsy shop.

Requirements:
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Kittl, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with formatting for social media platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Efficiency and ability to work quickly while still designing beautiful results.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Creative, self-motivated, an idea-person who also follows direction, and able to meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
• Knowledge of witchcraft, metaphysical practices, or interest in magical aesthetics.
• Experience with Etsy listings, SEO optimization, and digital downloads. Familiarity with Shopify or Amazon listings.
• Ability to handle light administrative tasks (e.g., organizing files, simple customer service).

Job Type: ?Part-time with potential for more hours based on performance. Initial trial tasks will be assigned to gauge fit.
