Creative VA

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data entry, Instagram marketing, and Photoshop. In this role, you will contribute to our event marketing platform by managing internal knowledge base data in Notion, updating and posting social media content, and supporting our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data for our internal knowledge base using Notion.
Social Media Management: Update and post social media templates on Instagram from Wednesday to Saturday.
Creative Design: Use Photoshop to create or update social media graphics and other marketing materials.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the team in good English.
Requirements:

Proficiency in data entry and managing information in Notion.
Experience with Instagram marketing and social media content management.
Skilled in Photoshop for creating and editing graphics.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
An active Instagram account and access to a phone.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in event marketing.
Familiarity with other social media platforms and marketing tools.
