Creative Tech VA

We have an opportunity for a Creative Tech Assistant with extensive video editing experience to join our team at Concussion Media. We’re looking for talented video editors who can follow specific formats and craft engaging videos aligned with key motives. The ideal candidate for this position will be creative, curious, detail oriented and receptive to feedback. This position is a part-time role with the potential to develop into a full-time role. Work hours will be determined weekly and will be commensurate with Easter Standard Time business hours (Florida, USA). Rate is $250/month US. REQUIRED SKILLS
-Video Editing Proficiency
-Expertise in tools like CapCut and other video editing software
-Ability to create polished, professional-quality videos
-Understanding of Marketing Psychology
-Knowledge of consumer behavior and how to craft content that resonates with your audience
-Ability to apply psychological principles to maximize engagement and conversions
-Strong Communication Skills
-Fluency in English (written and spoken) to ensure smooth collaboration
-Ability to understand creative briefs and provide regular updates
-Time Management and Reliability
-Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
-Experience working remotely with minimal supervision

PREFERRED SKILLS:
-Paid Marketing Experience
-Background in creating video advertisements specifically for platforms like Facebook, -Instagram, or TikTok Ads
-Familiarity with ad performance metrics and strategies for optimization
-Creative Storytelling Skills
-Ability to craft compelling narratives for ads that resonate with viewers and evoke emotions
-Graphic Design Basics
-Familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop for creating supplementary visuals (e.g., thumbnails, overlays)
-Social Media Management Knowledge
