JOB OVERVIEW

Introduction
We are an established e-commerce company with a strong foothold in the European drop shipping market and ambitious plans to expand into the USA this year. We mainly run Meta Ads to drive traffic to our pages.
In Q2 we transitioned from Shopify to sales funnels in Funnelish for our drop shipping store. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a talented and visionary Creative Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis to work on a brand we’re planning to launch soon. This role is integral to shaping and executing our creative strategy, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all our marketing channels.

Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:
- Develop and oversee the strategy and production of marketing communication materials, including graphic design, photography, and digital media for Meta Ads.
- Define the creative approach for editorial and graphic elements, setting clear goals, making assignments, and reviewing creative solutions.
- Generate innovative ideas and provide a clear creative vision that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
- Lead the development of a strategic and consistent brand presentation across all marketing platforms.

Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the production of a diverse portfolio of creative content, including web, social media, video, photo, and print, to effectively engage target audiences.
- Ensure the tempo and quality of work produced by the creative teaUpgrade to see actual infoets the highest standards.
- Work directly with stakeholders across the company to develop a broad range of marketing communication materials and design work.

Team Development and Collaboration:
- Handle the hiring, training, and motivating of a talented and engaged creative team, fostering a culture of creativity and professional growth.
- Create synergies across the company to identify strategic and purposeful implementations of visual design and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in creative execution and design, applying this knowledge to improve our marketing efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy or similar role, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, with a track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong expertise in graphic design, photography, digital media creation, and content management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using creative software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of branding principles and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Career:
- Compensation of 10-15$ per hour, based on part time work.
