We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to join our team and help scale our e-commerce brand to seven-figure months through high-performing ad creatives! This role is focused on developing, testing, and refining ad concepts that drive high ROAS across Meta and TikTok.
As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying winning angles, structuring ad scripts, and directing creative production with video editors and UGC creators. You should have a strong understanding of direct-response marketing, social media ad performance, and persuasive storytelling that gets people to stop scrolling and buy.
This is not just a "come up with ideas" position. We need someone who can reverse-engineer successful ads, iterate on what works, and systemize creative testing to maximize profitability. If you live and breathe creative performance marketing, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and test high-converting ad angles, hooks, and messaging tailored to our audience.
- Write and refine UGC-style ad scripts that feel natural, engaging, and built for conversions.
- Analyze ad performance metrics and optimize creatives based on data-driven insights.
- Work closely with video editors and graphic designers to bring ad concepts to life.
- Identify trends in direct-response advertising and apply them to our brand's marketing.
- Continuously test variations of creatives to maximize ad spend efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in direct-response marketing and performance-based ad creative strategy.
- Strong understanding of Meta
- Proven track record of developing ad creatives that drive profitable ROAS.
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust creative direction accordingly.
- Experience writing short-form, persuasive ad copy that converts.
- Previous work with UGC content, paid social ads, or viral marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work fast, iterate, and scale winning creatives efficiently.
