Creative Strategist for Ecom brand

We are seeking a driven and innovative individual to join our team as a Creative Strategist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing compelling creative strategies that drive engagement and achieve measurable results. This includes overseeing the overall creative vision, managing a team of scriptwriters, and crafting impactful messaging across various platforms.

As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for:

-Developing and refining overall creative strategies to align with business goals and market trends.
-Managing and guiding a team of scriptwriters to create high-converting Video Sales Letters (VSLs), product listings, and ad scripts.
-Optimizing product listings to enhance the performance of our top-selling items and test new products.
-Crafting persuasive ad copy for platforms like Facebook to attract and retain customers.
-Collaborating with video editors to ensure cohesive storytelling and impactful visuals in all creative projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

-Proven experience in a creative role, such as Copywriter, Content Strategist, or Creative Director, with a focus on direct response marketing.
-Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team of scriptwriters.
-Basic knowledge of the Shopify platform.
-Basic Canva/Photoshop skills to create simple visual assets or collaborate on designs.
-A track record of successful collaboration with video editors to produce engaging and effective content.
