The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and producing video content that drives measurable results.

Required Experience & Skills:

Your portfolio must demonstrate:
- Multiple successful Meta (Facebook/Instagram) creatives with proven conversion metrics
- Direct response video ads that have generated measurable ROI(optional)
- Video Sales Letters (VSLs) that convert(optional)
- Before/After transformation stories in video format(optional)
- Product demonstration videos that drive sales(optional)

Technical Expertise:
- Expert in video editing
- Strong understanding of Meta's ad platform and specifications(optional)
- Ability to create mobile-first, attention-grabbing content
- Knowledge of direct response marketing principles and psychology(optional)
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization(optional)

Creative Capabilities:
- Exceptional storytelling ability, especially for product demonstrations
- Strong scriptwriting skills focused on direct response principles
- Understanding of customer pain points and how to address them visually
- Ability to create compelling hooks that stop the scroll
- Experience creating ads that build trust and urgency
