JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a creative thinker with a proven track record of crafting high-converting ad concepts? Do you live and breathe Meta ads, always testing, iterating, and pushing for better performance? We're looking for an experienced Creative Strategist based in the Philippines to join our performance-driven team and focus exclusively on creating winning ad creatives.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and pitch new ad concepts and angles for DTC products, based on data and trends.
- Analyze top-performing creatives and iterate fast to create new variations.
- Work closely with a founder who has spent over $6M on Meta ads, learning strategies that drive serious results.
- Collaborate tightly with our team to make sure creatives are aligned with performance goals.
- Focus 100% on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives — this is not a generic branding or content role.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience is non-negotiable: You’ve already worked with other DTC brands and launched successful ads on Meta.
- You understand what hooks work, how to frame a product, and how to convert attention into sales.
- You’re fluent in English — both in writing and communication — and comfortable collaborating remotely.
- You’re proactive, creative, and data-driven. You love thinking of new concepts and testing what works.
