Creative Specialist - Application Requirements
Are you a highly skilled Creative Specialist ready to be part of a fast-growing and dynamic e-commerce team? We are looking for someone with proven expertise in creating high-converting ad creatives, who thrives in a team environment and is ready to deliver outstanding creative results every day.
What We Are Looking For:
?? Minimum 3 years of experience with Meta Ads
?? Strong creative skills in both Image Ads and Video Ads – You must be able to create scroll-stopping visuals and videos optimized for paid ads.
?? Experience with TikTok-style and UGC-style video ads – Ability to edit and create highly engaging video content that feels native and natural on platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Stories.
?? Ability to create Video Ads with voice-over – You know how to build powerful video ads with voice-overs, either by directing voice-over content or using tools like ElevenLabs.
?? Team player mentality – We are looking for someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and works closely with our creative team to brainstorm, test, and refine creatives. Daily communication and being available for feedback and creative discussions are a must.
?? Experience in the Fashion niche and/or Home niche is highly appreciated and considered a strong plus.
???? Systems and Tools We Work With:
You will be expected to work seamlessly with the following tools and systems:
• Slack – For daily team communication (being active and communicative is essential).
• Trello – For task management, creative briefings, and workflow tracking.
• Google Drive – For sharing and organizing all creative content and assets.
• CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Premier Pro – For creating and editing both video and image ads.
• ElevenLabs – For generating AI voice-overs.
• Shopify – To understand product positioning and visuals aligned with the store aesthetic.
• Meta Business Manager – To align creatives with ongoing ad strategies and structures.
You must be comfortable working with these tools, or ready to quickly adapt.
???? Communication Is Key
At BroadLabz, we believe constant communication and collaboration are the foundation of great creative work. We expect you to:
• Be proactive in sharing ideas and updates.
• Participate in daily team check-ins and creative reviews.
• Respond quickly on Slack during working hours.
• Work closely with other tea
