Creative Project Management

The Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and the timely delivery of projects. The primary responsibilities include monitoring and verifying that all uploads from field photographers are completed correctly, setting up daily project tasks on ClickUp for team members, and ensuring that tasks are accurate and timely as projects are time-sensitive.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure all uploads from field photographers are correctly completed.

Set up and assign daily project tasks on ClickUp, ensuring all details are accurate and time-sensitive.

Conduct quality control checks to maintain the highest standards of deliverables.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless collaboration.

Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for basic image editing tasks when required.

Understand and work with geographic information relevant to projects.

Maintain fast and reliable internet connectivity to support remote work.

Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Communication Skills: Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar (Grammarly proficiency preferred).

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

Experience: Prior experience in quality control and project management.

Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Geographic Knowledge: Good understanding of geographical nuances relevant to project workflows.

Internet: Fast and reliable internet connection.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 4 PM – 7 PM & 10 PM – 3 AM (Los Angeles - PST).
