Role Purpose
We're looking for a skilled and proactive Creative Editor to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to turn proven competitor ads into high-converting creatives (videos & images) that grab attention and drive results. You should be comfortable using editing tools like and have a strong understanding of what makes ads perform—hooks, scroll stoppers, subtitles, text-to-speech, angles and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create high-converting video and image creatives
o Create engaging and high-converting image and video ads for our Meta /
o Implement hooks, scroll stoppers, subtitles and text-to-speech in multiple languages.
o Analyze competitor ad creatives and replicate proven ad styles with a fresh approach.
o Develop and test new marketing angles based on high-performing ads.
o Source media assets for new creatives, including existing and AI-generated images.
2. Continuous Improvement:
o Understand key ad metrics such as CPM, CPC, and CTR, and use these insights to optimize creatives.
o Regularly test new formats, layouts, hooks, and scroll-stoppers to optimize engagement.
o A/B test variations of successful creatives to maximize ROI.
o Evaluate competitor creatives to identify new opportunities and winning strategies.
o Implement feedback quickly and efficiently to enhance creative quality.
3. Team Collaboration:
o Stay in close communication with the supervisor and inform them of any issues that require attention.
o Contribute to a supportive, open, and transparent working environment where feedback and suggestions are welcome.
o Maintain clear and open communication within the team to align strategies and processes.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
• Work Hours: Flexible, with a requirement to provide creatives daily.
• Estimated Workload: Based on an average of 4 campaigns per day, workload is expected to be less than 4 hours per day initially, but this is expected to increase as the company grows.
• Payment Model:
o Paid $5 per hour
o Payments are made every 2 weeks.

Required Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in image and video editing, specifically for e-commerce ads.
2. Knowledge of ad psychology and how to drive conversions.
3. Strong understanding of hooks, engagement tactics and retention strategies.
4. Ability to create creatives based on competitor ads that are already performing well.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
6. Creative mindset with the ability to adapt and test new ideas.
7. Understanding of ad performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR) and how to use them for optimization.
8. Ability to source and integrate media assets for fresh creatives.
