Role Overview:
The Creative Director & Assistant to Elijah Allison at Allison Media Co. is a pivotal role blending creative oversight, client communication, and organizational excellence. This position ensures seamless client interactions, efficient file management, and brand consistency across social media and marketing platforms. The role also involves supporting the owner in daily operations, maintaining high standards in post-production, and driving project organization to completion. This individual will be integral to enhancing the company’s luxury brand identity and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Communication:
Confirm photography team availability and ensure correct services are booked.
Follow up with clients, confirming bookings, photos, or outstanding needs.
Manage ongoing communication with clients via email and phone.
Send Google review requests and follow-ups.
Book and schedule clients for future shoots.
Coordinate with teams for specific tasks like headshots or iGuide reports.
File Organization & Delivery:
Organize and manage all photos and media into appropriate folders.
Cull, sort, and prepare media for editing and client delivery.
Back up and clean up raw footage and file-sharing platforms like Dropbox.
Ensure all client accounts have access to necessary materials (photos, floor plans).
Social Media & Marketing:
Post daily Instagram stories and maintain social media activity.
Schedule and manage posts across platforms to maintain a strong brand presence.
Tag agents/teams, add timestamps, and share updates on shoots.
Finance & Project Management:
Track ongoing projects and invoicing to ensure accurate billing.
Monitor accounts for discrepancies or outstanding payments.
Maintain and update a Google sheet for order tracking and completion.
Post-Production & Editing Support:
Review photos/videos for quality and make minor adjustments as needed.
Resize and format images for specific uses (e.g., headshots, banners).
Coordinate timely delivery of media to clients through platforms like Aryeo.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a creative or administrative role, preferably in media or marketing.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with file management systems and software (e.g., Dropbox, Aryeo).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
Basic photo and video editing capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with finance tracking and CRM systems is an asset.
A self-driven, proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Understanding of Allison Media Co.’s luxury brand and values.
