Creative Director / Manager

You will be responsible for creating creative - Mostly video ads for affiliate offers in USA – Some tasks required will be as follows:

- Take good performing ads and make iterations to it (CTA, Music, Avatar, Voice over, etc...)
- Creating new AI Avatars (UGC)
- Edit the Avatar and make a Lip sync with the voice over sounds
- Get new creative ideas
- Manage the video editing team and keep track on process

We are looking to staff on a full time basis as an ongoing job. With that being said some of the key requirements are:

1. Be extremely reliable
2. Be an excellent communicator with reliable internet access and and skype account.
3. Eager to get the best Creative Director out there!
4. Work in Israel time zone
