Are you obsessed with social media trends, love storytelling through short-form content, and have a natural feel for what makes a video go viral? We’re looking for a UGC-focused Copywriter + B-Roll Ideator to help us create scroll-stopping scripts and content ideas for a growing women’s fashion brand.

???? Role Overview:
This is a creative, fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for brainstorming engaging UGC video ideas (mainly TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts), writing natural-sounding hooks, captions, and voiceover scripts, and planning the type of b-roll needed to bring each idea to life.

? Responsibilities:

Write short, punchy scripts for UGC videos (voiceovers, talking-head, testimonials, etc.)

Come up with creative, trendy, and on-brand b-roll concepts for content creators to film

Adapt and repurpose high-performing ideas from other creators/brands

Research and stay ahead of viral formats, hooks, and storytelling structures

Create shot lists and clear directions that make it easy for creators to film

Collaborate with the outreach/content team to tailor concepts based on product or creator style

???? You’re a Great Fit If You:

Know the UGC/influencer space inside out (especially in fashion/beauty/lifestyle)

Have experience writing for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts

Understand storytelling, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling

Can take a product and turn it into 10 different ideas that don’t feel like ads

Write in a way that feels natural, fun, and speaks directly to the viewer

Bonus: you’ve worked with e-commerce brands or in a creative agency

Pay: $8/hour

Remote, flexible schedule (part-time to start, potential to grow)

Weekly tasks + feedback loops with a small, creative team
