Conversion-Focused Web Designer

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will deeply understand graphic design principles, UI/UX design, and eCommerce layout design. This role requires proficiency in WordPress and WooCommerce customization, along with advanced skills in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Experience with AI graphic design tools will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Redesign product listings for the hair extension category across multiple shops, creating unique main images and multiple variations for A/B testing.
- Develop and design our WooCommerce store, ensuring seamless integration with TikTok Shop and maintaining a visually cohesive "TikTok-style" aesthetic.
- Create a secondary shop inspired by Amazon’s design principles, focusing on clarity, usability, and conversion optimization.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring an engaging user experience.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3-4 years of solid experience in Web Design
- Strong grasp of graphic design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, and composition.
- Proven expertise in eCommerce layout design, focusing on product listings, banners, and promotional materials.
- Proficiency in WooCommerce customization and page builders such as Elementor or WPBakery.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and modern design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and brand consistency: Ensuring all design elements comply with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials to uphold a unified brand identity.
- User-Friendly Interfaces: Ability to design intuitive and responsive interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless navigation and interaction.
- Familiarity with AI graphic design tools is a plus.

Salary: $5 - $6 USD/hour

Workload/week: 10 hours minimum, 20 hours maximum

Working hours: Overlap with morning to evening PST hours [9 AM - 12 PM, 3 PM - 6 PM]
