Contractor - Sr Paid Advertising Digital Marketing & Shopify Operations Manager (Contract)

Contractor Role - ONE BRAND is a luxury fashion startup that merges community with high impact philanthropy. We are seeking 1-2 experienced contract workers to support our mission by managing paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram, overseeing our Shopify store operations, and assisting with essential administrative tasks. This is a senior-level contract position that offers the opportunity to evolve into a full-time role with increased contract hours based on mutual agreement. Please note ?that this is a contract/gig role and does not require benefits. However, as a partner in ONE BRAND’s journey, contract workers will also receive a 0.5% stake in our organization’s shared bonus pool.

Key Responsibilities:

•? ?Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
•? ?Manage and optimize organic marketing efforts, including scheduling daily posts and stories.
•? ?Cultivate influencer partnerships and strategic collaborations.
•? ?Oversee Shopify store management, including inventory updates, product listings, and customer service.
•? ?Perform first and second level administrative duties such as handling incoming calls, after-hours call responses, and managing email correspondence.
•? ?Monitor and manage your allocated budgets and ensure timely payment of your monthly expenses.
•? ?Collaborate closely with the founders (CEO and COO) to support strategic initiatives and drive business growth.

Job Requirements:

•? ?Proven experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
•? ?Organic Marketing (Scheduling Daily Posts & Stories Required).
•? ?Shopify store management.
•? ?Influence & Partnerships.
•? ?Must Use AI such as ChatGPT and other AI-Powered Tools.
1st and second level Administrative duties. Receive Level 1 calls from receptionist.
•? ?Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
•? ???Email correspondence.
•? ?Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a growing startup environment.
•? ?Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative in a dynamic work setting.
•? ?Experience in influencer marketing, organic social media scheduling, and Shopify store management are preferred skills.


Contract Salary & Terms:

•? Salary Term: Month To Month
•? ?Hourly Salary: USD $15 to $20 per hour
(Approximately PHP 859 to PHP 1,128 per hour)
•? ?Monthly Salary Example: Based on a 2-hour work week, approximately USD $120 to $160 per month
(Approximately PHP 6,872 to PHP 9,163 per month)
•? ?Opportunity for contract-to-full-time transition with increased contract hours as mutually agreed.
•? ?Contract workers will be granted a 0.5% stake in the organization's bonus pool as a company benefit.
