-Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
-Payment: Flat fee per successful hire ($120 to $300 per role, depending on complexity)
-Bonus: $100 per hire if the employee stays for 6 months

As our Contract Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow and scale while earning a competitive per-hire rate with performance bonuses.

What You’ll Do:
-Find top talent – Source and attract the best candidates through OnlineJobs.ph, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other job boards
-Match the right people to the right jobs – Conduct initial interviews and shortlist the top 3 candidates for each role
-Be a hiring expert – Manage job postings, optimize listings, and keep a pipeline of top talent for future hiring needs
-Make hiring easy for our clients – Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience and help with onboarding when needed

Who We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Specialist, or Talent Acquisition Specialist
-Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and hiring best practices
-Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
-Highly organized and able to work independently to meet hiring deadlines
-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools (a plus)
