Delve is an AI compliance platform that helps fast-growing companies get compliant with SOC-2, HIPAA, and more frameworks. We're looking for a dynamic Content Writer to represent Delve across online platforms, crafting thoughtful, engaging, and value-driven content for our audience.

Role Overview
The Content Writer will actively engage with communities on Reddit, Hacker News, LinkedIn, and similar platforms, contributing to conversations around compliance, information security, and related topics. This individual will also be responsible for regularly creating and posting original content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels, helping to position Delve as a thought leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement:

Use the official Delve Reddit account to participate in relevant discussions on Reddit, Hacker News, and other forums.
Respond thoughtfully to questions, share insights, and engage with industry-related topics.
Identify trending topics and opportunities to contribute value to conversations.
Content Creation:

Write and schedule regular posts for LinkedIn and Twitter, focusing on compliance, information security, and industry insights.
Craft engaging, concise, and thought-provoking content to increase visibility and audience engagement.
Repurpose forum contributions into short articles, LinkedIn posts, or Twitter threads.
Trend Spotting:

Monitor trending discussions, news, and challenges in the compliance and information security space.
Provide actionable feedback to the internal team based on audience responses and platform dynamics.
Collaboration:

Work with internal stakeholders to align content strategy with company goals.
Coordinate with marketing to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications

Strong understanding of compliance, information security, or a related field (or a willingness to learn quickly).
Proven experience in content creation, blogging, or social media management.
Familiarity with Reddit, Hacker News, LinkedIn, and Twitter platforms, including their community norms and expectations.
Excellent written communication skills with a knack for making complex topics accessible and engaging.
Ability to independently identify opportunities for engagement and follow through effectively.
