Responsibilities:
Market Research
Managing our IG Tracker Airtable, where we scrape Reels of creators we want to get ideas from (or recreate content from) and rank them by metrics such as views.
Studying successful creators in the space, expanding the Content Strategist’s knowledge and skillset, staying up to date with trends and the industry as a whole.
Content Plan Creation & Management: create and send content plans to creators/clients via our Notion CRM.
Scheduling Reels in our IG Scheduler Airtable: once an edit/piece of content has been Approved by the Content Strategist, they will schedule it on our IG Scheduler so that our IG Poster distributes the content to the right client’s/creator’s account. This includes: uploading the approved piece of content, naming the client’s/creator’s IG account, inserting the caption to use, and selecting the date which it will be posted on.
Basic Google Drive Management: Move IG Reels content to the right folders within our Google Drive Folders. Example: move a piece of content that has been Approved to the “Used” folder after it has been scheduled on the IG Scheduler Airtable.
Creator/Client Communication: via text/call, in order to follow up with their content plan tasks or to discuss content ideas we’ve come up with, discuss next steps with content/branding strategies. The Content Strategist will have Occasional Strategy Calls with Creators/Clients.
Communicate with the Editor: in order to ensure our Reels are being edited properly. This includes Approving/denying edits and forwarding editing instructions to the Editor.
Key Skills:
Creativity in viral content ideation.
Strong written/verbal communication (to liaise with creators/clients).
Familiarity with Instagram Reels-style short-form content.
Requirements:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Proven experience managing calendars for multiple creators or clients, ensuring timely and organized scheduling of content activities.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with creators/clients.
Social Media Growth & Content Strategy: Expertise in managing and growing accounts on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube through organic strategies.
Data-Driven Optimization: Proficient in analyzing social media metrics and using data insights to adjust strategies for improved engagement.
Multi-Client Management: Ability to handle multiple creators/clients simultaneously, adapting strategies for each while ensuring high-quality output.
Preferences:
Female candidates are slightly preferred for better communication dynamics with creators/clients, but not mandatory.
