Content Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Remote Content Specialist based in the Philippines to join our team. Your role will involve working with content tools like DatoCMS and Customerio to create webpages and customer emails that align with our brand and style guides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and edit webpages using DatoCMS.
• Create, format, and send customer emails using Customerio.
• Follow established style guides and how-to documentation to ensure consistent content quality.
• Quickly self-teach and master new content tools with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of communication and execution.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience with multiple email builders and content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with DatoCMS and Customerio is highly preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to automate and accelerate writing and editing
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and style guides with precision.
• A proven ability to learn new tools and systems independently.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
