JOB OVERVIEW

About 37 Projects
37 Projects is the leading video podcast marketing service for health experts and wellness brands. We specialize in growing YouTube channels and podcasts through strategic editing, publishing, and marketing. Our clients include top health professionals, nutritionists, and fitness experts who rely on us to create engaging, high-quality content that captivates their audiences.

Role Overview
We are looking for an Intro & Social Trailer Producer to craft high-impact podcast intros and social media trailers, similar to the styles seen in Steven Bartlett’s "Diary of a CEO" and Jay Shetty’s "On Purpose" podcast. The ideal candidate has a strong storytelling sense and understands how to create visually compelling, emotionally engaging, and highly shareable content that hooks viewers within seconds.

This role involves watching full podcast episodes, selecting the best Upgrade to see actual infonts for a 60-80 second intro, and working with editors to execute the vision with high-quality visuals, sound design, and pacing. The intros and social trailers must be designed to capture audience attention, spark curiosity, and drive retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Curation: Watch full podcast episodes and select the most engaging, high-impact Upgrade to see actual infonts for intros and trailers.
Storytelling & Hook Development: Structure intros with a strong hook, curiosity gap, and emotional connection to keep viewers watching.
- Creative Direction: Suggest compelling visuals, cinematic B-roll, animations, and typography to elevate storytelling.
Music & Sound Design: Select background music and recommend sound effects that enhance impact, ensuring each intro feels polished and high-end.
- Editor Coordination: Provide detailed execution guidelines to video editors on pacing, transitions, and effects.
Social Media Trailer Adaptation: Repurpose intros into highly engaging trailers optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Quality Control: Review final edits to ensure they meet storytelling and engagement goals.

Expected Style & Execution
The intros should feel cinematic, immersive, and thought-provoking, like the high-quality teasers seen in Steven Bartlett’s interviews, where the first few seconds immediately capture attention and make people want to watch the full episode.

The social trailers should be punchy, fast-paced, and designed for short-form content platforms, leveraging quick cuts, bold subtitles, and emotional highlights to maximize shareability.

Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing, content production, or media storytelling.
- Strong understanding of pacing, narrative hooks, and visual storytelling for digital platforms.
- Knowledge of music selection, sound effects, and cinematic editing styles to enhance engagement.
- Ability to provide clear and structured feedback to editors and ensure seamless execution.
- Familiarity with short-form content strategies for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Experience working with health, wellness, or podcast content is a plus.

Preferred Skills
- Background in media production, video marketing, or post-production.
- Understanding of audience engagement strategies on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Familiarity with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) is an advantage but not required.

What We Offer
- Remote work with a flexible schedule.
- A dynamic, fast-paced environment working with top-tier health and wellness brands.
- Competitive compensation based on experience and contribution.

Disclaimer: This is a probationary role. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and have a keen eye for detail.
