About the job:

The primary tasks for this job position will be:
Operations Management:
- Streamlining workflows, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Task Coordination:
- Assigning and following up on team tasks to maintain productivity.
Meeting Management:
- Scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes for meetings.
Revenue Tracking and Follow-Ups:
- Sending recap
Monitor and track daily product revenue
- Sales and Presentation Follow-ups:
- Sending recap
Content Distribution:
- Organizing and posting content across various platforms.
Communication Support:
- Acting as a liaison between teams and external stakeholders
Calendar Management:
- Managing schedules to optimize time and productivity.
Research and Reporting:
- Conducting research on Web3 trends and preparing insights.
Document Organization:
- Maintaining digital files and essential company records.

Basic Requirements:
You live in Cebu
You have good operational skills
You love learning and you are always working hard on making yourself better
You like helping others
You work hard to do great work, but you are also willing to make mistakes
You’re brave and willing to take action where the action is needed
You’re a problem solver
Technical Requirements:
High School diploma required / Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 12 months of:
- Admin and Content Executive Assistant experience
- Project Management with
- CRM Management
- Content Management
- Repurposing content from video to multiple platform
Salary Range is: [Php30,000-33,000] per month (depending on experience)
