Job Description

Responsibilities
•Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand goals and target audience.
•Oversee the planning, creation, and delivery of content across all platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
•Collaborate with video editors, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality content.
•Monitor content performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content strategies.
•Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
•Stay up-to-date with digital media trends, audience preferences, and emerging platforms.
•Manage content calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
•Act as the main point of contact for content-related queries and feedback.

Requirements
•Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
•Excellent understanding of content marketing principles and SEO.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
•Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar.
•Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
•Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•Knowledge of the American real estate market is a plus, but not required.
•Experience with Airtable is a plus but not required.
