Content Editor & AI-Assisted Writer

A dynamic book publishing company seeks a Content Editor to refine and enhance content, ensuring they are high-quality, engaging, and well-structured. We need someone who loves working with text and is willing to learn some additional skills.

Pay - $650 USD per month + bonuses based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
The Junior Content Editor supports the production of high-quality, structured, and engaging non-fiction books. This role requires ownership, problem-solving, and ensuring that book content is informational, practical and reads engaging and interesting.

Work Hours:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). If you work part time don't apply.
You are expected to work Monday to Friday during 8 hours period so that we could comunicate and work on tasks.
If you will want, you can work extra hours after the approval of the manager (for additional pay).

Requirements:
Desire to learn and improve. We provide learning materials and support.
Self-starter and learner, a problem-solver.
Being able to use AI tools for possible content editing and research.
English - Level C1 - C2.
Fast editing skills. So you can edit quickly and efficiently, which will help you manage AI-generated content, improve drafts, and keep up with production timelines.

Work Responsibilities:
Content Editing: Adding examples, images, generating additional answers to questions, etc. (Content Enhancement)
Proofreading (Ensuring good grammar and spelling)
Content Quality Improvement (Humanizing and Enriching)

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to learn AI tools for speeding up the process.
Ability to work independently, learn, meet deadlines, and find solutions to problems.
When editing load will be lighter we may ask to do some other simple content related tasks like AI content generating or formating.
