About Us

We are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help scale our content distribution and audience engagement. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands AI-driven content workflows, and knows how to craft compelling content that connects with audiences, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Repurposing
• Edit and optimize video clips, graphics, and text content for multiple platforms.
• Use Canva to design high-quality graphics and promotional materials.
• Repurpose long-form content (e.g., live show segments) into short-form videos, carousels, and text posts.
• Work with AI tools to automate and enhance content production (e.g., transcription, summarization, and copywriting).
• Social Media Management
• Manage and post across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and headlines optimized for each platform.
• Develop and schedule content using Notion or other workflow tools.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages.
• AI & Automation
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notebook LLM, Opus Clip, Descript) to streamline content production and scheduling.
• Experiment with AI-powered social media strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI-driven marketing and automation.
• Performance Tracking & Growth
• Track content performance and optimize based on analytics.
• A/B test headlines, formats, and engagement strategies.
• Provide insights on what’s working and what needs improvement.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
• Expertise in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Opus Clip, Notebook LLM, Descript, etc.).
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content layouts.
• Experience using Notion for content planning and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and brand voice.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring new ideas to the table.

Bonus Points:
• Experience in live streaming content repurposing.
