Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone,
- Provide timely and accurate information to customer queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or service-related issues efficiently.
- Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
