Are you an experienced closer who excels in a consultative sales environment and thrives on turning inbound leads into long-term clients? We're looking for a dynamic and skilled closer to join our rapidly growing team, working with pre-qualified medical practice owners who are ready to transform their businesses through digital marketing.
This is a unique opportunity offering both a strong base salary and performance bonuses while helping doctors grow their practices – no cold calling required. You'll work exclusively with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services, focusing on what you do best: understanding their needs, demonstrating value, and closing deals.
Your Daily Impact
Conduct 4-6 scheduled video consultations daily with pre-qualified medical practice owners
Lead discovery sessions to uncover each practice's key challenges, including patient acquisition costs, marketing ROI, and growth goals
Present customized demos of our AI platform, showcasing how we optimize marketing spend and improve patient acquisition
Manage your sales pipeline in Hubspot with detailed tracking of lead status, next steps, and opportunities
Execute systematic follow-ups including same-day meeting summaries, proposals, and regular check-ins
Ensure smooth client transitions to our onboarding team by documenting practice information and facilitating introductions
Track progress toward quarterly revenue targets that determine performance bonuses

What Success Looks Like
Converting 30-40% of qualified consultations into clients
Building a robust pipeline of 40-50 active opportunities
Maintaining detailed and current Hubspot records
Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently to earn performance bonuses
Receiving positive feedback from new clients about the sales experience
Contributing to continuous improvement of our sales process
You're a Great Fit If You Have
3+ years of consultative B2B sales experience, ideally in marketing services, healthcare technology, or professional services
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles independently
Strong English communication skills with excellent video presence and presentation abilities
Proficiency with Hubspot CRM (strongly preferred) or similar sales management platforms
Understanding of digital marketing concepts and ability to communicate value effectively
Experience working remotely and managing your own schedule effectively
