We are a growing small construction company, focused on streamlining our operations to better support our team and improve project efficiency. As we expand, we are looking to enhance our internal workflows and ensure our project managers can spend more time in the field rather than dealing with operational bottlenecks.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workflow & Systems Coordinator to join our team on a part-time or gig basis. In this role, you will be responsible for helping us optimize our workflows and organize company systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will work closely with our team to assess and improve our current tools, processes, and communication methods to help our project managers stay focused on delivering results in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and optimize existing workflows and systems for better efficiency.
Assist in implementing new processes or tools to streamline operations.
Support the integration of systems such as Odoo, Fieldwire, and Slack.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure that their needs are met.
Provide recommendations for improving data flow, task tracking, and team collaboration.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure that all systems are aligned with the needs of the company as we scale.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in workflow optimization, project management, or system administration.
Familiarity with Odoo, Fieldwire, and Slack (or similar tools).
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in the construction or project management industry is a plus, but not required.
