Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager with a strong background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering to manage the scheduling of multiple complex construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules for a large volume of simultaneous construction projects.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure schedules align with project goals and deadlines.
Utilize modern project management tools and software to track progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions.
Monitor resource allocation, identify risks, and develop contingency plans to maintain project timelines.
Prepare regular progress reports and communicate scheduling updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and improve project scheduling processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience scheduling and managing multiple complex construction projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with modern project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent software.
Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
