Construction Estimator - Internal Office Fitout Projects

This role is to assist our current estimating team and we have a VA team of approx. 10 work from home assistants in various roles and areas of Philippines - we are considerate and seek to take an interest and look after our team.

Experience of at least 5 years in the construction industry is essential either in interior design, QS, mechanical or engineering

ONLY applicants who submit a 1 minute voice recording of why they are suitable for the role will be considered.

Suitability for the role will include:

1. Ability to read plans, take offs, item selection, adding costs.
2. Skills in working with estimating costing tools.
4. Prepare costings for checking and prepare quote presentations from standard template
5. Ability to read and write excellent English
6. Excellent English communication skills. American, Australian or neutral English accents preferred.
7. Preferred but not essential to have worked with an Australian company or USA.
8. Applicant must not have any existing work concurrent with Vestra working hours 6am-3pm PH time.

Applicants that do not meet the above criteria will be noted as not suitable.
