Construction Estimator

I’m seeking an experienced estimator with extensive knowledge of residential and commercial construction in the United States for my growing construction company, which specializes in concrete and masonry services. The ideal candidate should be process-oriented and capable of developing, documenting, and implementing systems and workflows.

Responsibilities include interpreting plans, performing quantity takeoffs, creating proposals, job costing, and lead generation. Attention to detail and critical thinking are crucial. Strong English-speaking and writing skills are required.
