Construction Engineer/Architect Tutor for Zoom-Based Learning (Interactive & Game-Based Tutoring)

We are looking for a Filipino Architect or Construction Engineer to tutor an 11-year-old student who is passionate about architecture and construction engineering. The tutor should provide engaging, hands-on lessons via Zoom, incorporating interactive games, design software, and real-world applications to develop the student’s foundational skills.

Responsibilities:
? Conduct live Zoom tutoring sessions (2-3 times per week).
? Teach basic architectural design, drafting, and engineering principles in a fun and interactive way.
? Play and guide the student through educational construction and design games like:

Minecraft Education Edition (city and structure building).
Poly Bridge (physics and structural engineering).
SketchUp Free (3D modeling introduction).
TinkerCAD (beginner-friendly CAD software).
? Assign and review mini-projects, such as designing a dream house, bridge, or city layout.
? Introduce real-world applications of construction engineering and architecture.
? Use digital whiteboards (Jamboard, Miro) and screen-sharing tools for explanations.
? Provide basic math (geometry, ratios) and physics lessons relevant to engineering.
? Keep sessions fun and engage the student with real-life building concepts.
Qualifications:
???? Must be a licensed Architect or Civil/Structural Engineer in the Philippines.
???? Familiar with educational games & digital tools for design and construction.
????????? Experience in teaching/tutoring kids (especially ages 10-12) is a plus.
????? Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or TinkerCAD (or willing to teach basics).
???? Strong English communication skills and ability to make learning exciting!

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):
? Experience with LEGO Architecture, K’NEX, or hands-on design projects.
? Knowledge of Minecraft/Roblox Studio for educational purposes.
? Passion for mentoring and inspiring young learners.
