Thank you for considering a role as our Billing Assistant. You would be working to support the construction division of our company and we need a diligent and passionate lead to join our team.
As the Billing Assistant, you are responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Construction Manager, coordinating financial tasks, and assisting with various projects to ensure smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Construction Team: Assist with phone calls,
- Contractor and Project Management: Supervise material purchases and oversee construction projects.
- Provide Support: Assist owners, team, and customers.
- Administrative Duties: Manage
- Financial Management: Financial Management: Process payroll, invoices, and financial reports via Quickbooks and other methods. Manage construction budgets. Track receipts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers and tea
- Schedule appointments.
- Engage in problem-solving.
- Assist the team with various projects.
- Attend various training and meetings.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Two years of QuickBooks experience with receivables, payables and payroll processing
- Knowledge of property management and accounting software a plus
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
