Concrete Planning Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Planning Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pricing concrete foundations through the review of architectural and structural plans, and the ability to use tools like Planswift and Excel to produce accurate project estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

Review architectural and structural plans to accurately assess project requirements.
Use Planswift (or Sage) and Excel to estimate costs for concrete foundation projects.
Provide precise and timely pricing for assigned projects.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural planning and estimation.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural plans.
Strong experience in estimating concrete foundation projects.
Advanced knowledge of Planswift (or Sage) and Excel.
Educational background in contract estimation or a related field.
Willingness to work 50 hours per week from home.
Availability to start immediately and work night shifts.
A quiet home office setup with reliable internet and power backup.

You will be working with the same client and will be placed with one client permanently. This is a long-term, permanent role.
