Complex Product Development and Manufacturing Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for managing and leading the development and manufacturing processes of complex products in factories located in China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on market demands and product requirements.
• Develop precise and detailed product specifications in accordance with market and company needs.
• Oversee all stages of development and manufacturing to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Review and approve product samples.
• Perform comprehensive and professional quality control, including thorough testing to ensure product quality.
• Negotiate with suppliers to improve processes and achieve an optimal balance between quality and profitability.
• Collaborate with clients and serve as a key interface for product-related matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing development and manufacturing processes for complex products, with a preference for experience working with suppliers in China.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and product development processes, including the ability to implement and improve workflows.
• Experience managing and working with subcontractors, such as designers, sourcing agents, and testers.
• Strong ability to learn and work independently.
• Experience in writing development specifications and testing documents.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a methodical approach.
• High-level proficiency in English.
