As our business continues to expand rapidly, we are seeking high-potential talent to drive competitor product analysis and keyword optimization strategies, helping us refine our market positioning and maximize sales growth.

Position Summary
As a Competitive Product & Keyword Strategist, you will play a key role in analyzing competing products and identifying high-impact keywords to improve product visibility, optimize advertising strategies, and enhance our competitive advantage. You will be responsible for data-driven insights that guide cross-functional teams, ensuring that our product and marketing decisions are backed by precise, comprehensive intelligence.

This is a high-impact role where your analytical skills and strategic mindset will directly influence the success of our product portfolio.

What You’ll Do
- Competitive Product Analysis & Database Management – Build and maintain a detailed competitor product database, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Keyword Database Creation & Optimization – Develop and manage a structured keyword database, ensuring precise categorization and ongoing optimization for better search performance.
- Advertising Optimization – Create and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, analyze keyword performance, refine advertising keywords, and adjust targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Product Development Support – Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new market opportunities through advertising and keyword analysis, providing insights to support new product development and improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Contributions – Proactively provide constructive feedback, make recommendations based on keyword analysis, and contribute insights to improve workflows and optimize company processes.

What We’re Looking For
No previous Amazon experience is required, but the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
- Learning & Adaptability – Strong ability to self-learn, conduct thorough research, and quickly acquire new knowledge, demonstrating independent problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical & Research Skills – Ability to conduct competitor product analysis, extract actionable insights, and apply data-driven methods for strategic decision-making.
- Keyword Strategy & SEO Optimization – Proficiency in researching high-traffic and long-tail exact keywords, building and managing a structured keyword database.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Strong ability to analyze advertising keyword performance, optimize Amazon advertising, and assess competitor strategies to refine advertising and content strategies.
- Honesty & Integrity – Committed to maintaining high ethical standards, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability in competitor analysis and keyword research.
- Time Management & Adaptability – Capable of handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and quickly adapting to market trends and strategic needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Contributions – Proactively offer constructive feedback, make recommendations based on keyword work, and actively contribute insights to improve workflows and enhance company processes.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting hourly rate: $2.50, paid biweekly.
