Our mission is to provide unique, stylish merchandise that resonates with anime lovers and enhances their daily lives. We are looking for a talented Community Manager to bring our brand closer to our community and further develop our digital presence.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Design eye-catching visuals, banners, and product images for our website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our social media platforms
- Blog Writing: Research and write compelling blog posts on topics related to anime culture, product launches, styling tips for anime-inspired outfits, and collecting figurines.
- Newsletter Design: Create attractive and engaging
- Strategy & Planning: Develop clear communication strategies and action plans aligned with our growth objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, assess the effectiveness of campaigns, and suggest improvements to optimize results.
- Digital Trends: Stay ahead of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and anime culture to ensure we remain innovative and competitive.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience 02 years in Community Management, blogging, digital marketing, or a similar role, with demonstrable results in growing communities and building brand presence.
- Creativity & Technical Skills: Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc...) and video editing software(Capcut, etc...)
- Blogging Expertise: Excellent research and writing skills, with a strong ability to craft engaging blog content tailored to a specific niche.
- Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies on major platforms.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging messages in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Organization & Autonomy: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Passion for Anime Culture: A deep understanding and appreciation for anime, its trends, and its community.
