We’re looking for a passionate Community Manager to grow and nurture our online community. You’ll engage with our audience, create amazing content, and foster meaningful relationships with our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Grow the Community: Develop strategies to build and engage our online audience.
- Create Content: Write blogs, post on social media, and contribute to forums to keep our audience informed and engaged.
- Engage Directly: Interact with community members on platforms like
- Moderate Discussions: Ensure respectful and positive interactions in all forums.
- Track Performance: Use analytics to identify trends and improve community engagement.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience in community management or social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Creativity to design engaging content and campaigns.
- A passion for connecting with people and helping others.
- Knowledge of the mortgage/finance industry is a bonus.
