About the Role
We are hiring experienced Community & Growth Managers to build and scale communities across multiple high-growth projects within our group. You will be responsible for expanding and engaging communities across different verticals, from developers and tech founders to content creators, hospitality decision-makers, and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth, engagement, and moderation of assigned communities.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, onboard, and retain community members.
- Manage and optimize social media engagement across TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive outreach initiatives and partnerships to scale community participation.
- Work closely with internal teams to align content, events, and engagement tactics with business goals.
-U tilize AI tools and analytics to optimize community engagement and measure performance.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in community building (preferably scaling communities to 100K+ members).
- Deep understanding of U.S. social media trends and audience behaviors.
- Flawless English (American-level proficiency).
- Experience in growth marketing, AI-driven engagement strategies, and data analytics.
- Startup experience (bonus if you have worked in VC-backed environments or helped scale startup communities).
