Community Experience Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Community Manager to lead engagement, organize events, and drive community growth. This role combines creativity, marketing, and strategic thinking to cultivate an active, engaged, and thriving community.

Key Responsibilities:
* Initiate discussions and encourage community members to participate, share experiences, and engage through posts, discussions, and group activities.
* Manage and oversee multiple community platforms, including Facebook, WhatsApp, and GHL, ensuring seamless interaction across different audience segments.
* Plan and execute interactive events, challenges, and contests to foster a vibrant and engaged community.
* Leverage community-driven initiatives to increase participation, enhance excitement, and boost loyalty and conversions.
* Serve as the face of our community, representing our team with authenticity and enthusiasm for wellness.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* At least **3 years of experience** in community management or similar roles.
* Proven ability to engage and grow online communities through meaningful interactions.
* Strong organizational skills with hands-on experience in event planning.
* Proficiency in managing social platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp, with familiarity in GHL or similar community tools (training available if needed).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A strong passion for wellness, mental health, and natural healing.
