Commission-Only HR Specialist | Remote | High Earnings Potential

About the Role:
We are a small but growing firm looking for a proactive and strategic HR Specialist to help secure job opportunities for our lead executive. This role is commission-based, meaning your income grows as we grow. At first, the work will be 10-15 hours per week, excluding casual research like watching YouTube or TikTok trends on job opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Job Hunting & Applications: Find and apply for high-paying remote/U.S.-based jobs tailored to the candidate’s skills.

Resume & Profile Optimization: Customize resumes, maintain LinkedIn, and refine online presence.

Hiring & Delegation: Once a job is secured, source and hire offshore virtual assistants (VAs) at cost-effective rates.

Market Scouting: Research trends in the work-from-home (WFH) and gig economy for high-paying contract opportunities.

Continuous Pipeline: Keep applying for jobs even when one is secured to maintain ongoing placements.

Earnings & Compensation:
Commission-Based: Earn 10% of every secured job salary.

Example: If a job pays $100K annually, you earn $10K.

Example: If a job pays $30/hr (~$4,800/month), you earn $480 (~27,000 PHP/month).

Scalability: More jobs secured = more earnings. No cap on commission.

Flexibility: Work your own hours and focus on maximizing placements.

Ideal Candidate:

? Strong Research & Networking Skills
? Creative Resume & Profile Optimization Abilities
? Proactive & Self-Driven – You will be finding and closing job opportunities independently.
